Is thinking dependent on language, as some linguist philosophers (Wittgenstein and others) claim? Or a sufficiently intelligent Brain through its input data alone, is able to build a model of the surrounding world without vocabulary and understand it in a certain sense? It can then provide the recognized concepts and their relationships with identifiers and thus develop its own inner language. The translation into another may then come up with surprises.
